How to apply:
For best results, use with a glitter primer. A tacky base ensures longevity.

- Pat down primer/concealer on your eye with a flat brush where you want to place the pigment
- Dip your brush into the pigment and then pat onto the primed area. Continue going over the area for more coverage. Apply more pigment as needed

For a softer look, apply like a normal shimmer eyeshadow. No glitter primer needed.
